As an RN Nurse Supervisor at Elim Wellspring, you will supervise the clinical care of residents by assigning tasks to nurses within the department. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, excel at multitasking, and display excellent customer service skills.

Position Type: Part‑Time, benefits eligible; variable schedule.

Shifts Available: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM.

Wage Range: $36.41 – $40.21 per hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential: $5.

Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371.

• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident‑related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Notify the Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow‑up action as necessary.
• Monitor in‑house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and step in to support the nursing floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Long‑term care experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
