Position: Travel CNA - 24 hours week one 40 hours week two

Travel Certified Nursing Assistant

Travel certified nursing assistant for a 13-week assignment in Duluth, Minnesota. Work 24 hours in week one and 40 hours in week two, providing compassionate care in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate patient care following facility protocols and patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient activities and progress using EMR systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Execute assigned tasks during evening shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR certification.
  • CNA certification.
  • State-specific nursing assistant license.
  • Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Ability to work evening shifts.
  • Strong communication skills and reliable transportation or nearby residence.
