NP​/PA - ENT - Duluth, Minnesota

Aspirus Health is seeking a versatile and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our high-volume, collaborative Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice in Duluth, Minnesota.

This is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practice clinician looking to broaden their clinical and procedural skills while working alongside a highly experienced team of ENT specialists.

OPPORTUNITY:

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday
• No call responsibilities
• Opportunity to practice across multiple care settings including clinic, operating room, and inpatient rounding
• Work within a collegial and collaborative physician and APC team environment
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up management, interpret diagnostic studies, and diagnose and treat general and emergent ENT conditions
• Opportunity to assist with and participate in complex ENT and head and neck surgical cases, including care of head and neck cancer patients
• Nurse Practitioner candidates must hold an RNFA certificate

$120,897 - $133,288/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
