Position: Travel/Contract - LTC - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN

Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week assignment in Duluth, Minnesota. Provide compassionate care and support residents in long-term care facilities while maintaining accurate documentation. This role supports the organization's mission to deliver high-quality, reliable staffing to long-term care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate patient care to residents in long-term care facilities, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Document patient conditions, changes, and care provided accurately in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive resident care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to facility protocols and infection control standards.
  • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid CNA certification.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in long-term care settings.
    • Ability to work both PM and NOC shifts, strong interpersonal skills, and physical ability to perform patient care tasks.
