Position: Travel CNA - 24 hours week one 40 hours week two

Travel Cna Position

Travel Cna position for a 13-week assignment in or near Duluth, Minnesota. The role alternates between 24 hours in week one and 40 hours in week two, providing compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient activities and progress using EMR systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Execute assigned tasks during evening shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current CNA certification.
  • Valid state-specific nursing assistant license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Ability to work evenings.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation or nearby residence.
