Travel Cna Position
Travel Cna position for a 13-week assignment in or near Duluth, Minnesota. The role alternates between 24 hours in week one and 40 hours in week two, providing compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient activities and progress using EMR systems.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Execute assigned tasks during evening shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current CNA certification.
- Valid state-specific nursing assistant license.
- Minimum of one year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
- Ability to work evenings.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation or nearby residence.
- Premium pay at rates 13% above market average, with weekly direct deposit and upcoming next-day pay features.
