RN Nurse, Palliative Care Nurse
The Registered Nurse, RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care including triaging patient needs over the phone, making visits to patients with changing conditions, and performing admissions as necessary. The role offers the chance to work within a compassionate and close-knit hospice team that supports one another and prioritizes high-quality patient care. Casual RNs are appreciated for stepping in to support both patients and staff when needed.
One year of nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Opportunity Details- Schedule:
PRN/On‑Call – Flexible Schedule – Pick up shifts as you are able to work them. - Minimum Requirement: 2 Full Shifts per month (Days 8am – 4:30pm).
- Pay: $38.50 – $43.50 per hour (targeted salary based on experience, qualifications, certifications, licenses, and education).

Job Responsibilities
Local travel and driver's license required.
MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- 1 year of nursing experience in a post‑acute care setting.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and satisfactory motor‑vehicle record.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Home Care, Bill of Rights, OSHA, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD policy and procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
- One year nursing experience in hospice, palliative care or serious illness.
Registered Nurse (required).
