Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001 located in Duluth, MN. Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single‑level living in mind. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person‑centered care planning.

• Providing personal care and following the resident’s care plan
• Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the resident’s physical and emotional well‑being
• Accurately documenting information
• Communicating with RNs and LPNs regarding relevant information pertaining to the residents
• Following HIPAA guidelines

• Previous experience is not required
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception:
  Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
• We have full and part‑time positions available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.
• Wage depends on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOCTURNAL shifts.
