Job Overview
Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.

Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality.
- 0.75 FTE
- 12‑hour shifts
- Day/Night rotation
- Every third weekend
- $2.00 per hour upon hire into a float pool position
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current ICU RN with a minimum of 9 months’ experience or within the last year as an ICU RN (equivalent to 1,248 hours), including experience with vasoactive medications, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring. These hours may come from a combination of varied FTEs or hours worked within the last year to equate to 1,248 hours.
