Essentia Health in Duluth, Minnesota, is hiring an RN for the Med/Surg Float Pool at St Mary's Medical Center. You will float among Medical/Surgical, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Post‑Operative Surgical, Neuro‑Trauma, and Oncology units to expand your skills and reduce burnout.
This 0.7 FTE role offers day/night rotation, 8‑hour shifts, and every‑other‑weekend work. Minnesota licensure and BCLS are required; ADN or BSN with incentive bonuses is available to qualified candidates.
