The Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment (CADT) in Duluth, MN is seeking an LPN to support the Clearpath Opioid Treatment Program. You will administer medications, provide nursing care, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery in a dedicated OTP setting.
Hours are 5:30am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday rotation. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, CEU training, tuition assistance, and retirement plans.
