Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment in Duluth, MN is seeking an LPN to support the Clearpath Opioid Treatment Program. You will administer medications, provide nursing care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.
This role runs 5:30am-1:30pm Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday rotations. A MN LPN license, nursing certificate, CPR/First Aid, and background check are required.
