License/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist licensure, CPR, BCLS, ACLS, NBCRNA certification
Experience: Preferably experienced with high acuity and trauma cases

Pay & Benefits:

Pay rate: $245 - $310/hour (orientation rate up to 60%)

What You’ll Do:

Provide anesthetic care for various surgical procedures in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, CT, and outpatient settings
Manage anesthesia for diverse patient populations, including trauma and critical cases
Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed practice environment
Monitor and support patient safety before, during, and after procedures
Follow protocols for high-acuity and trauma cases at a Level I trauma center
Assist with perioperative assessments and anesthesia planning
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

What You Need:

Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program
Active Minnesota RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain
Current CPR, BCLS, and ACLS certifications
Certification by NBCRNA (or eligibility)
Previous experience in high acuity, trauma, or surgical settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
