Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay rate: $245 - $310/hour (orientation rate up to 60%)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide anesthetic care for various surgical procedures in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, CT, and outpatient settings
  • Manage anesthesia for diverse patient populations, including trauma and critical cases
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed practice environment
  • Monitor and support patient safety before, during, and after procedures
  • Follow protocols for high-acuity and trauma cases at a Level I trauma center
  • Assist with perioperative assessments and anesthesia planning
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
What You Need:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program
  • Active Minnesota RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain
  • Current CPR, BCLS, and ACLS certifications
  • Certification by NBCRNA (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in high acuity, trauma, or surgical settings preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
