What You’ll Do

Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures in a Level 2 trauma setting
Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans
Manage anesthesia for scheduled cases, including pediatric ENT and outpatient surgeries
Support emergent cases, call shifts, and on-call duties as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
Assist with perioperative patient assessment and recovery

What You Need
Required:

MN RN and CRNA licenses
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably in trauma or surgical environments
Ability to work independently in a supervised model

Preferred:

Pediatric anesthesia experience, especially in ENT and outpatient surgery
Willingness to take call and participate in flexible scheduling
Strong communication and teamwork skills
