- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures in a Level 2 trauma setting
- Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans
- Manage anesthesia for scheduled cases, including pediatric ENT and outpatient surgeries
- Support emergent cases, call shifts, and on-call duties as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Assist with perioperative patient assessment and recovery
Required:
- MN RN and CRNA licenses
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably in trauma or surgical environments
- Ability to work independently in a supervised model
- Pediatric anesthesia experience, especially in ENT and outpatient surgery
- Willingness to take call and participate in flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
