Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Duluth, MN | Supervised Model in Level 2 Trauma Facility

- Experience: At least 2 years of CRNA experience preferred
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (plus per diem, travel reimbursements, certifications, and licensure reimbursements when applicable)

- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including pediatric outpatient cases
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to develop anesthesia plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during surgeries
- Support anesthesia providers in a supervised, Level 2 trauma environment with 15 ORs and additional outpatient suites
- Participate in scheduled cases and be available for call shifts, including nights and weekends
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols to ensure patient care quality and safety
- Minnesota RN license and Certification in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA, preferably in a trauma or acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring equipment
- Ability to work in a supervised model and handle high-acuity cases
- Pediatric-trained CRNAs preferred for outpatient specialty cases
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
You will work in a busy trauma hospital with 15 ORs, including endo suites and outpatient ambulatory surgery centers. The facility provides a dynamic environment with a focus on high-quality patient care, supporting a variety of surgical cases, including pediatric outpatient procedures. The position involves scheduled cases primarily, with the opportunity for call shifts that add flexibility and income potential.
