We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities Include- Coordinating patient care activities alongside physicians and clinical team members.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records.
- Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Proven experience in telemetry nursing.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
