Bright Star Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our expanding service area on a part-time or per-diem basis. In this role, you'll provide individualized care to clients in their homes while maintaining a schedule that works for you. As our territory continues to grow, additional hours may become available. We're looking for a nurse who is comfortable working independently, committed to exceptional care, and eager to be part of a team making a meaningful difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
• Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
