• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Preferred but not required: six or more months of experience in a nursing facility

• Providing direct patient care in diverse healthcare environments
• Assisting with activities of daily living and supporting patient comfort
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and other health metrics
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes
• Reporting changes in patient conditions to ensure safety and quality care
