Base hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for bonuses through the year

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting veterinarians with appointments, surgery, and medical procedures
• Performing venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, treatments, and patient monitoring (based on experience)
• Administering medications and educating clients on treatment plans and preventive care
• Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring a smooth patient flow
• Supporting hospital operations through inventory management, cleanliness, and teamwork
• For hybrid positions, providing exceptional client service through scheduling, phone communication, patient admissions/discharges, estimates, and payment processing

Veterinary experience is preferred, but for the right CSR candidate, outstanding customer service experience and a willingness to learn can go a long way.
