Our client, a leading organization in the safety and regulatory compliance industry, is seeking a SAF Regulatory/Environmental Analyst to join their team. As a SAF Regulatory/Environmental Analyst, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting certification and compliance efforts across Latin America and Mexico. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAF Regulatory/Environmental Analyst

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: 20-25/hr

What's the Job?
  • Perform and coordinate certification of PPE products for sale in Latin America & Mexico.
  • Act as the central point of contact for regulatory documentation for tenders and local country registrations or certifications.
  • Review translation accuracy of regulatory documents such as CoC, DoC, UI, packaging, and labels.
  • Lead projects related to regulatory compliance, including adding/removing country-specific markings and certifications.
  • Support US plant audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
What's Needed?
  • At least 2 years of Regulatory Affairs experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in translation review preferred.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline or equivalent regulatory experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform a wide range of procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within diverse teams.
