In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience;

GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Requirements:
WG
- Experience or training which demonstrates the ability to set up and operate test equipment, use test apparatus to apply tests to material or products, record readings, observe and record established reactions, and classify according to defined categories.
Experience:
- WG-09 and above
- Experience or training in using ultrasonic and/or eddy current inspection techniques to observe, measure, and detect discontinuities and flaws. - Experience classifying test results, identifying material deficiencies, and recommending courses of action for items of equipment.
- Experience recommending engine components to be inspected and forwarding results to the appropriate authority.
- Experience performing scheduled inspections of testing equipment ensuring compliance with established technical regulations and procedures.
- Experience which required the review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines.
- Experience that provided knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function.
- Experience which demonstrates the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communicate knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes.
- Experience in adapting existing equipment and techniques to new situations.
Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic), Use of Measuring Instruments, Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (includes blueprint reading), Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment, Knowledge of Metals, Dexterity and Safety.
Experience requirements:
