Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance and testing for health information systems and applications.
- Analyze healthcare data and identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Validate data accuracy across integrated clinical and administrative systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to confirm compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Track and report defects through resolution with the development team.
- Experience with quality assurance workflows for healthcare or other regulated systems.
- Hands‑on testing experience across web applications, APIs, and data validation.
- Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
- Experience with test automation tools and defect‑tracking systems.
- Experience testing reporting or analytics platforms.
