Toppers Pizza is committed to a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are looking for several Managers‑in‑Training (MITS) to join our team. This role focuses on day‑to‑day restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and leadership development.

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Develop, direct, and supervise a team to attain sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Guide team members toward becoming General Managers.
• Live with integrity, project a positive image, and provide personal attention to every customer.
• Anticipate customer needs, respond to dissatisfaction, and maintain a disciplined, can‑do attitude.
• Communicate candidly with tact and a positive spin.

• Experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager.
• Experience at any of the following brands is highly desirable:
  Toppers Pizza, Papa Murphy’s, Chick‑Fil‑A, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, KFC, Arby’s, Panera Bread.
• Strong desire to succeed with a self‑disciplined, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work voluntarily and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to attend paid training and advance to a General Manager position.
