EmergencyMD seeks a second cook aboard a Great Lakes vessel to assist in daily meal preparation for the crew. You will help with breakfast, salads, desserts, and bread, and manage storage and stock rotation under the Steward's guidance.
Qualifications include Merchant Mariner Credentials (Ordinary Seaman, Wiper, Steward's Department Food Handler), Serv Safe certification, TWIC, and the ability to live aboard seven days a week in a remote environment.
