Team Member Opportunity at Chick-fil-A Duluth

At Chick-fil-A Duluth, the team member role is more than just a job — it's an opportunity. We know that life as a parent is busy, and we've built this role around your schedule.

$17 per hour: Work only during school hours or while kids are at practice — designed around your availability.

2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday: Be home in time for pickup, every time.

Cross-training: Build your skill set with hands-on training across multiple team member roles.

• Closed on Sundays: Rest, family time, and worship if you choose.

• Availability Monday–Friday during school or activity hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly.
• Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor temperatures.
