As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations to maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.
• Leading and motivating the kitchen team to work efficiently and cohesively.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and refine menu items that showcase our unique Greek-Mexican fusion.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep the kitchen running smoothly, even during busy times.
