As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Overseeing all kitchen activities, from food preparation to plating, ensuring quality and consistency.
• organizing kitchen staff, duties and delegating tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to keep the kitchen stocked.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to innovate and refine menu offerings.

We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and passion to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen management or similar role.
• Strong time management skills to keep the kitchen running smoothly, even during busy hours.
• A knack for leadership and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• A commitment to quality and attention to detail in every dish served.
