As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency during service.
• Assisting with food prep, inventory management, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and consistent quality.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

We’re searching for someone who’s ready to bring their skills, energy, and enthusiasm to our kitchen. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily kitchen tasks.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
