Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings

Salary Starting at $21.00 - $23.00.

Part Time – primarily early morning work. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
  • Lead & engage:
    Serve as primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting and executing directives from Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.

Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age; at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus on detail and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking; use both hands for repetitive motions; frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
