Frattallone's - Circle Pines MN Garden Center Associate

Hourly position, temporary or seasonal, may become regular employment with Frattallone's Hardware & Garden Center until the season's end.

The right candidate will have a desire to help people, a passion for our products, and a willingness to learn.

• Maintain a regular watering schedule.
• Be knowledgeable or willing to learn about various plants, soils, and fertilizers.

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and following all cash register transaction procedures.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the garden center.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the garden center.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Assist in pricing, stocking, marking, and bagging of merchandise.

• Keep the garden center, checkout areas, and entrances neat and clean at all times.
• Assist with keeping products stocked and faced, and rotating fresh merchandise.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
