Position Overview

Assistant Store Manager – Full‑Time (Store 0002, Miller Hill Mall, Duluth, MN 55811)

• Assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best.
• Supports career development by providing leadership skills training and guidance.
• Acts as a sales lead, interacting regularly with customers and guiding the store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes standard operating procedures, such as opening and closing the store.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred).
• Ability to foster a positive team environment and provide training and direction to others.
• Demonstrated initiative, decision‑making ability, and a track record of meeting goals.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Hourly pay $20.50 – $22.55, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
