Merchandise Operations Associate

Salary Range

USD 17.90 - 22.39 per hour*

• Assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions.
• Perform daily store operations to support sales and profitability.
• Help direct leads and managers.
• Conduct merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Place merchandise and ensure standards are followed.
• Reticket price changes, manage damages, and inventory control processes.
• Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and maintenance.
• Set up and take down in‑store events and activations in guidance of managers.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a win‑together mentality.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, bending, climbing stairs, lifting up to 35 pounds.
