• Build pallets accurately according to pick tickets, ensuring every order is fulfilled with precision.
• Meet department productivity standards while operating electric and manual pallet jacks to move products and pallets.
• Assist team members in picking, staging, loading, unloading, and rotating products; keep the workspace organized and clean.
• Maintain a spotless warehouse by sweeping floors and wiping up spills; uphold a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Basic math skills essential for counting products and ensuring orders are built according to specifications.
• Ability to read product labels and load sheets to guide inventory management and operations.
• Strong communication to direct crew and ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
• Ability to operate equipment such as baler, crusher, and electric pallet jack; must be at least 18 years old.
