The full‑time retail Store Manager leads a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 managers, to create an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspire and drive a customer‑obsessed team while achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business, including visual presentation, operations, and store expenses.
• Engage with the local community to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and implement new ideas and solutions.

• Previous management experience in a retail environment (required).
• Preferred specialty retail store management experience.
• Proven talent identification and development skills.
• Strong decision‑making and results focus.
• Computer proficiency.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend hours.

Pay:
Hourly $28.82‑$31.70, plus a 40% discount and monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
