Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding LEGO® products that meet their needs
- Provide information about available products, including both LEGO® retail items, as well as additional products available through third party vendors.
- Process cash transactions accurately, handling cash drawer operations and cash management with precision, including the ability to open and close the registers daily.
- Perform product data entry for sales records, customer information, and trade‑ins for the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment while adhering to safety and security protocols
- Experience in retail sales and customer service environments, emphasizing experience with youth and/or families.
- Experience with familiarity in cash handling, cashiering, and cash drawer management
- Basic math skills including retail math, cash management, and 10-key typing proficiency
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently using franchise software systems
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and resolve issues promptly

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
