Account Manager

Overview

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join their team, covering the Upper Midwest region, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. This role involves engaging with maintenance, purchasing, sales, and decision-makers to drive sales growth for a comprehensive line of conveyor belt products and fabrication capabilities.

• Manage a specified territory with daily and overnight travel.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and canvass for new ones.
• Educate customers on products and assist with problem-solving for challenging applications.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls and marketing ideas.
• Train customers on the company’s offerings to meet their specific needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree and related field sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of distribution and OEM markets related to conveyor belts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently.
• A good driving record and responsible use of company resources.
