As a trusted advisor to leadership and sales teams, you will deliver scalable programs and operational excellence that drive revenue growth and elevate the global customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Excellence Leadership
    • Lead the definition and execution of a comprehensive global commercial excellence strategy.
    • Champion alignment of regional and functional sales teams through KPIs, playbooks, and scalable frameworks.
  • Strategic Leadership in Sales Training & Field Readiness
    • Implement value‑based selling methodology and support global leadership adoption.
    • Oversee global enablement infrastructure, securing resources and financial backing.
    • Identify skill gaps and deliver tailored field‑relevant solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Operate as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and HR.
    • Align enablement strategy with company‑wide transformation initiatives and GTM priorities.
  • Digital Automation & Sales Technology Optimization
    • Deploy and optimize CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
    • Lead AI/ML adoption for forecasting, coaching, and productivity.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making
    • Establish sales performance analytics function.
    • Provide insights into pipeline health and enablement effectiveness.
  • Support for Churn Mitigation & Pricing Excellence
    • Collaborate on strategies to reduce churn and optimize pricing.
    • Support execution of churn and pricing initiatives.
  • Success Metrics
    • Sales & Account Plan attainment
    • Priority & strategic account penetration
    • Reduction in ramp time for new hires
    • Increase in win rates and average deal size through cross‑sell
    • CRM adoption rates and enablement program execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (verified prior to start).
  • Ten years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, or GTM Transformation within complex, global organizations, with five years leading global teams or functions.
  • Proven success building and scaling an enablement function or global team.
  • Commercial acumen in pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, and revenue metrics.
  • Deep understanding of sales process design, value‑based selling, and Salesforce adoption.
  • Strong partner influence across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and HR.
  • Strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Track record of driving adoption through scalable systems and learning programs.
Work Location

This role follows an on‑site working model, requiring at least four days per week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, or another 3M location.

Travel

May include up to 25–40% domestic or international travel.

Pay & Benefits

Pay includes a base salary of $228,040–$278,715 plus variable incentive pay, where eligible. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, HSA, FSA, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement. For more information see
