MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee‑Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Duluth, MN.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow your prospect pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with a high‑energy, motivated sales team that genuinely supports each other's success.
  • Develop and execute new business strategies that move the needle.
  • Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for C‑level executives and senior leadership.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong communicator with polished presentation skills.
  • A true team player with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced working within a CRM platform.
  • Demonstrated success thriving in a competitive sales environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Prior experience in B2B sales
