The role you will play in embracing our transformationAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, expanding market share, and delivering superior customer intimacy within your assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee Sales targets achievement – i.e. Volumes, Margin, Pricing policy implementation and Credit management
- Guarantee the achievement of sales targets, including volumes, margins, pricing policy execution, and credit management
- Manage and develop Key Accounts, maintaining a personal customer portfolio
- Ensure full and effective deployment of the commercial strategy, tailored to local market needs
- Grow revenues organically by developing existing customers
- Expand the customer portfolio to increase market share within the region
- Ensure correct management of commercial activities, including pricing conditions, order negotiation, assortment, and promotions
- Oversee sales operations such as order entry, service level control, and receivables
- Leverage CRM and pipeline management as key tools for growth and success
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing management with timely and actionable insights
- Respond to inquiries from prospective customers, providing pricing, catalogs, credit applications, and introductory materials
- Prepare and process sales quotations, follow up on open quotes, and convert them into confirmed orders
- Ensure accurate and timely information on NOCs, with appropriate follow-up
- Act as the “go-to-market” reference person for internal key stakeholders
- Associate degree in Business or a related field;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - 5+ years of experience in commercial roles with a strong customer focus and key account management
- Experience in the Label industry
, printing sector, or related fields is an advantage - Strong customer-centric mindset with a natural focus on customer needs
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong transformation-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across functions
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems
