Job Description
Position:
Sales Associate – Regional Territory – Minnesota. This introductory sales role will partner you with an experienced Sales Professional to receive comprehensive training. You will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout the assigned local territory. See below for responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits.
The 3rd Annual Associate Program begins between June 1 and August 1. Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with previous cohorts. Following a two‑year program, graduates will be promoted to autonomous territories, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities. Starting salary range $60,000‑$65,000 with up to 15% bonus potential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prospect new accounts.
- Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users.
- Provide a demonstration of our products.
- Offer basic technical support for named product sets.
- Visit job sites to support installations and build knowledge.
- Manage select dealer and end‑user relationships.
- Hold distributor demonstration events.
- Manage activities through
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- One to two years of sales or construction experience and/or training.
- In lieu of experience, a bachelor’s degree may be considered.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, , and other internal business systems.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized.
- Confident, strong work ethic, high energy.
- Desire to progress into a full‑time Technical Sales role in the organization.
- Travel throughout assigned territory as needed.
- Salary range $60,000‑$65,000 (estimate).
