Role Overview

As Senior Manager on the Beverage team, you will be accountable for Target across our beverage line‑up. This role reports directly to the Vice President of National Accounts‑Large Format and requires a location in or near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with Target merchant team members.
  • Drive volume, revenue and share across the Nutrabolt Beverage portfolio at Target.
  • Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with Target.
  • Adjust plans to maximize ROI, utilizing sales data to identify opportunities to exceed annual goals.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Keurig Dr Pepper National Account team, internal finance, commercial strategy, RGM, and distribution teams.
  • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting.
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account.
  • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming.
  • Coordinate with the DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is leveraged and executed at a 90%+ level.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, and experience calling on headquarters buyers at Target.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the beverage industry and high IRI and syndicated data usage.
  • Experience building a strategic Joint Business Plan (JBP) in a team‑selling environment.
  • Knowledge of MULO measured channels a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within the organization’s MVR policy guidelines.
  • Broker management experience.
