- Based in WI, MN, or FL
Schwing Bioset, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Business Development & Sales Manager to grow aftermarket sales across municipal and industrial customers nationwide.
Must reside in Wisconsin (WI), Minnesota (MN), or Florida (FL) – locations of our main offices. The position is in office when not traveling.
Travel:
Must be available 50–75% within North America (2–3 weeks/month traveling when not in office).

Full‑time, Exempt.
This is a field‑based, outside sales role focused on territory growth, relationship building, and revenue generation through parts, service, rentals, and aftermarket solutions.

What You’ll Do (Sales & Business Development Responsibilities)- Develop new business opportunities across municipal and industrial markets
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within assigned territory
- Sell aftermarket products and services including parts, service contracts, rentals, and support solutions
- Conduct outside sales visits to customer sites, facilities, and job locations
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers, engineers, and operations teams
- Identify leads, qualify opportunities, and close business
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, operations) to support customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- 5+ years of experience in sales, outside sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Experience in or exposure to industrial equipment, manufacturing, municipal services, or technical sales preferred
- Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven mindset
- Must be available 50–75% within North America (2–3 weeks/month traveling when not in office)
- Base salary + commission (unlimited earning potential based on performance)
