Role Overview

An Appointment Specialist is the primary contact with our customers, potential customers, and other parties for setting sales appointments leads, scheduling annual maintenances and service opportunities, scheduling installations, and following up on a variety of issues.

Essential Job Functions
  • Represent us by answering calls, setting service and sales appointments, scheduling production installations, and following up with customers on various issues
  • Provide tactical support to other departments of the company
  • Keep customer records and database current
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work

  • Experience:

    Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through strong customer service experience. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field, and a consistent work history. Those with prior experience handling phone calls in a fast‑paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

$15–$17 an hour plus commission.
