TruckSales Administrator Role Summary
Responsibilities will be to support the on‑going growth, development and expansion of new and existing Full Service and Finance Lease and Contract Maintenance business, through on‑going process management and improvement, along with cross‑functional interactions with Lease Sales, Accounting, Maintenance, Affiliated Dealerships.
Truck Sales Administrator Essential ResponsibilitiesSupport Lease Sales on all new or renewal opportunities to ensure that the business and customers’ needs are met; process cycle‑times are reduced and new or replacement vehicles arrive and are placed in service as planned and/or prior to existing contract expiration.
Work closely with Lease Sales, Pac Lease, Affiliated Dealerships, Accounting, Service Facilities and improve productivity across all business processes.
Support Lease Sales, Accounting, Service Facilities as well as cultivate our current customer base of Full Service Lease and Contract Maintenance Customers to generate new business from within.
Consistently review and improve Lease Sales effectiveness and efficiencies by improving current Lease and Contract Maintenance Sales processes and procedures.
Truck Sales Administrator Specific ResponsibilitiesManage day‑to‑day Sales process and Procedures to maximize departmental/overall business goals, objectives and customers’ satisfaction.
Effectively manage and support on‑going departmental, inter‑company and customer relations.
Support internal, external and cross‑functional department efforts as they relate to Full Service and Finance Leases and Contract Maintenance initiatives.
Identify and communicate opportunities for growth within current customer base.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Truck Sales Administrator Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years Full Service or Finance Lease experience within the Trucking/Transportation Industry or a related industry.
Self‑starter with the highest degree of energy, self‑confidence, integrity and the ability to perform well without daily supervision.
Ability to successfully communicate with all management levels.
Ability to work in a variety of situations, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed annual/quarterly/monthly goals and objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Travel is possible.
