Client Specialist - Business Insurance National Accounts

As a Client Specialist on the National Accounts team, you will work directly with a Client Executive and Client Advisor/Director to service and retain an existing book of business for large revenue accounts. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing/processing policies, issuing certificates of insurance after reviewing contracts, creating proposals, processing endorsements, invoicing and other day-to-day tasks as directed by the department manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 4 years knowledge of commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverages, and markets (required).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers (required).
• Thrives in a team environment (required).
• Self-starter and problem solver (required).
• Organized with good time management skills to handle a variety of tasks and meet deadlines (required).
• Detail oriented (required).
• Property & Casualty License required.

• College degree is preferred.

Base salary range: $49,000 to $91,300.
