What You Need To Know

Training:
Arrowhead’s training equips you with the tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed as a sales consultant. Once in the field, the Regional Vice President mentors you to create and execute sales plans.

Career Progression:
Build and mine your own client portfolio with stability and growing income opportunities. Arrowhead and parent company Brown & Brown Insurance are expanding rapidly.

Experience Required
  • 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
  • Successful track record in business-to-business sales, marketing, or territory management
Compensation and Benefits

$100k-$150k estimated total first year compensation (base salary + commissions).
