Join Our Team!WH Security, a subsidiary of Wright-Hennepin, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you’re energized by building relationships, closing sales, and delivering excellent customer experiences this could be the perfect fit.
Compensation- Base salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
- Additional earning potential: Commission opportunities tied to sales performance

In this role, you’ll help drive revenue by connecting customers with the right security solutions while delivering a positive and seamless experience.
Sales & Customer Support (90%)- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting WH Security products and services
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and lead follow-up
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Assist customers with contract questions, updates, and documentation
- Handle cancellations professionally with a focus on retention
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking leads, pipeline activity, and customer updates
- Stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and technicians to meet team goals
- Conduct quarterly competitive analysis to support product strategy
- Represent WH Security at community events and trade shows (including the Annual Meeting)

Requirements- Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or customer relations experience
- Key Skills & Strengths:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet goals and deadlines
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer applications
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
