About the RoleAs a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding market presence, managing customer accounts, and driving new business opportunities. You'll work closely with internal teams and leadership while owning the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution‑based sales presentations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract documentation
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to support sales strategy and execution - Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑through
- 2-3 years of sales experience (inside or outside sales)
- MUST have a Bachelor in Science Degree (Chemical or Petroleum engineering, Materials Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting client‑facing meetings
- CRM proficiency is a plus (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Base salary: $80,000-$85,000 plus CMS
