Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
    Use innovative techniques to find and engage potential business clients.
  • Sales & Solutions:
    Present compelling sales proposals emphasizing ADT's security and automation benefits. Demonstrate the value of innovative solutions to protect businesses' people, property, and assets. Sell upgraded products and smart home solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitment fulfillment and gather referrals.
  • Goal Achievement:
    Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas within a specific territory. Drive revenue growth and support regional business plans.
  • Technical & Market Engagement:
    Apply technical aptitude to recommend the right security and automation solutions. Adapt quickly to competitive dynamics and evolving customer needs in the technology landscape.
