Novaris Search is partnered with a leading manufacturer of Industrial
Coatings focused on delivering solutions to a variety of markets. With a strong commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they continue to expand their market presence. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to lead efforts across the Upper Midwest, USA and drive success within the Heavy Equipment, Light Industrial and CV sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the powder coatings sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the coatings industry.
  • Strong understanding of liquid and powder coatings products and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
