Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and both service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor and outdoor work delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.
Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
- Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations.
- Have an active driver’s license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification.
- Provide documentation of previous employment.
- Meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Hold a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
- Display a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Be self‑motivated and able to work in a team environment to meet goals.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
Participants receive a comprehensive 10‑week training program and a starting hourly rate of $25.94 until assigned a route. After assignment, a solid base salary and commission potential are available. The majority of work occurs on a 4‑day week with no nights or weekends. Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives are also offered.

Compensation SummaryEstimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, combining base salary with earned commissions.
